These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KreditBook mobile application ("App") and website at https://kreditbooks.com ("Service"), operated by HBT Creations Pvt Ltd. The Service allows you to apply for personal loans and find the nearest shop for related services. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service. These terms are to be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use our loan services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, loan applications, or when using features like shop location services.
You may use the Service to apply for personal loans and locate the nearest shop, subject to India’s Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations. You agree not to:
Location data is collected solely to help you find the nearest shop, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
Approved loans are subject to a separate loan agreement detailing terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and fees. The maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will be disclosed as required by law (e.g., Truth in Lending Act for U.S. users, if applicable). You are responsible for timely repayments. Shop location services do not affect loan terms.
All content, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service, including shop location features, are owned by HBT Creations Pvt Ltd. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, such as misusing shop location services or providing false loan information, with notice via email or in-App alerts. You may deactivate your account by emailing support@kreditbooks.com.
We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service, including loan defaults, data breaches, or inaccuracies in shop location services, except as required by law. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
