Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the process for cancelling loan applications and requesting refunds for fees paid through the KreditBook mobile application ("App") and website at https://kreditbooks.com ("Service"), operated by HBT Creations Pvt Ltd. This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. The Service’s shop location feature does not impact refund or cancellation processes.

Loan Application Cancellation

You may cancel a loan application before approval by contacting us at support@kreditbooks.com or via the App’s settings. Once approved, cancellation is subject to the terms of the loan agreement. Using the shop location feature does not affect your ability to cancel a loan application.

Refunds

Processing fees or other charges (e.g., application fees) are non-refundable unless:

• The fee was charged due to an error by CreditBook.
• The loan application was cancelled before approval, and a refund is stipulated in the loan agreement.

To request a refund, email support@kreditbooks.com with your account details and transaction ID. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be issued for:

• Loan interest or principal repayments after loan disbursement.
• Fees for completed services (e.g., credit checks).
• Any costs related to the shop location feature, as it is provided free of charge.
